Thursday July 4th - 51 Days Out
Weight: 182 (dropped a ton of water weight this week)
Diet: Terrible!!!!!!
Scheduled Training: Off day!
Actual Training: hanging with fam!
Life: Fun day hanging with friends and celebrating the 4th!
